HomeBlindSpot is a free, educational home assessment tool. It asks homeowners 8 questions about their home's systems and provides a score, cost estimate, and recommendations based on national industry data and the homeowner's self-reported answers.

HomeBlindSpot is not a professional inspection or diagnosis. The estimates and recommendations it produces are based on industry averages and your own answers — they are not a substitute for an in-person assessment by a licensed professional. Actual conditions, costs, and risks in your specific home may vary significantly. Always consult a licensed contractor, inspector, or engineer before making decisions about your home's systems.

When you take a HomeBlindSpot quiz, you are submitting your name, email, phone number, and quiz answers to HomeBlindSpot and to the specific contractor who shared the quiz with you. By submitting the form, you agree to receive the HomeBlindSpot Report by email. If you checked the contact opt-in box, you also agree to be contacted by that contractor.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@needagent.ai.

Contractors use HomeBlindSpot to capture and manage leads from homeowners who take their branded quiz. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Use lead data (names, emails, phone numbers) only for legitimate business communications related to your home services.
• Comply with all applicable laws governing commercial email and SMS, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and TCPA, when contacting leads you have exported or downloaded from HomeBlindSpot.
• Not resell, share, or transfer lead data to any third party.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Lead data submitted through your quiz is stored on HomeBlindSpot's infrastructure (Supabase / AWS) and is accessible to you via your contractor dashboard. We do not guarantee indefinite availability — while we make reasonable efforts to preserve data, you should export your leads regularly if you need a permanent record.

HomeBlindSpot is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any feature) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or service changes.

The HomeBlindSpot brand, quiz content, scoring model, and software are owned by NeedAgent AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.

Contractors retain ownership of their own business name, logo, and branding assets uploaded to HomeBlindSpot.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeedAgent AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HomeBlindSpot — including decisions made based on quiz scores or estimates.

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Transactional emails related to your HomeBlindSpot account (lead notifications, system updates, security alerts).
• Occasional product tips and resources from NeedAgent AI, the team behind HomeBlindSpot.

You can opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting info@needagent.ai. Transactional emails (lead notifications and security alerts) cannot be opted out of while your account is active, as they are essential to the service.

Contractors may request account and data deletion by emailing info@needagent.ai. We will process the request within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of HomeBlindSpot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
